Grail Cloud

Grail Cloud is a web based platform to make managing alarm compliance simple. Local site events are automatically sent to the cloud platform where they can be processed, managed and reported on across desktop, mobile and tablet devices.

Alarm Compliance

Alarm events are automatically sent to the cloud where they can be enhanced further with information such as 'Cause of Alarm', 'Unwanted Alarm', engineer visit details and more.

Connectivity

A range of connectivity options provide a high degree of flexibility. Alarm panels can be connected to the cloud via on site Grail Graphics or by a stand alone Grail Controller.

Device Visit Schedules

The device schedule features of Grail automatically generate a list of devices to be tested on each visit, ensuring that a 100% test of all devices is performed every 12 months.

Maintenance Testing

Engineers can scan a site QR code to access the cloud service visit. Maintenance mode records subsequent alarm tests and records the test result to the log for further reporting.

Zone plans can be uploaded or photographed and are stored against the site. Subsequent maintenance tests can visually verify the CIE zone against the physical zone plan.

Mobile Connectivity

Grail Cloud is a web based platform and can be accessed, any time, any where, from any device that supports a web browser. Desktop, Mobile, Windows, Mac or Linux PC.

Grail Graphics provides an on-site solution to alarm compliance and reporting. Grail Graphics can provide the gateway to Grail Cloud but continues to function, in real time, in the event of an Internet failure.

Grail Controller

The Grail Controller is a stand alone hardware device that connects to an alarm panel and sends alarm activations to the Grail Cloud. It can be used when cloud compliance is required, without the need for on site graphics.

Grail Cloud

For remote, access to alarm events from any internet connected device, Grail Cloud can accept local panel connections from Grail Graphics or a Grail Controller and is the gateway to remote compliance monitoring.
